Rates are quoted in Mexican pesos, plus VAT. They include access, power, internet, restrooms and an INHOUSE supervisor throughout the shoot. Additional furniture is not included.
House rules — what keeps your shoot running
We only take on productions that don’t disturb the neighbourhood. That’s what keeps the houses in perfect shape and your shoot free of interruptions.
What we host
- Editorial and e-commerce photography, lookbooks, branded content, corporate video and podcasts
- Up to 12 people including talent, with a name list sent 24 hours before the call
- One van, with a parking space confirmed by venue and time slot
- Terraces: Monday to Sunday, 8:00–20:00 · Interiors: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00–20:00 (set-up and wrap included)
- An INHOUSE supervisor on site for the whole shoot
What we don’t
- Campers, generators and vehicles over 3.5 tonnes
- Any use of the public street
- Alcohol, smoke, pyrotechnics or audio directed outdoors
- Alterations to the building (floor protection is required when moving equipment)
- Large crews or high-impact productions
Deposit and cancellations
- Book at least 7 calendar days ahead, with written confirmation from us
- Refundable security deposit of $6,000 to $10,000 MXN, plus a signed damage waiver
- Cancellations: full refund more than 7 days out · 50% between 3 and 7 days · no refund within 72 hours

Frequently asked questions
What kind of productions do you host?
Editorial and e-commerce photography, lookbooks, branded content, corporate video and podcast recordings. Low-impact shoots only: small crews, no trucks and no use of the public street.
How many people can be on set?
Up to 12, including crew and talent. A name list with official ID is sent 24 hours before the call, and only people on that list are allowed in.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 7 calendar days, via WhatsApp at +52 56 2572 2040 or by email at [email protected]. No shoot goes ahead without written confirmation from us.
What’s included in the rate?
Access, power, internet, restrooms and an INHOUSE supervisor for the whole shoot. Additional furniture is not included, and specialised post-production cleaning is charged at $1,000 MXN.
What are the shooting hours?
Terraces are available Monday to Sunday, 8:00 to 20:00. Interiors are available Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 to 20:00. Those hours include set-up and wrap.
Is there parking?
One van is allowed, with a space confirmed depending on the venue and time slot. There are public lots near Polanco (Lamartine 224) and Roma Norte (Orizaba 174); the other venues have metered street parking.
How do the deposit and cancellations work?
A refundable security deposit of $6,000 to $10,000 MXN plus a signed damage waiver. Cancelling more than 7 days ahead is refunded in full, 50% between 3 and 7 days, and there is no refund within 72 hours.
