We are the Answer to the Question:

What Would My Ideal Workplace Look like?

This is how the first location in INHOUSE – DEL VALLE opened its doors in 2016. A place full of color, travel memories, spaces for coexistence, and lots of good vibes. The first thing to arrive were the hammocks, shortly after the foosball table (it had to be a professional one), the designer furniture, the huge pots and plants that flooded every corner, the decorations that reminded us day after day of our Mexico, and of course, a place full of technology that made it easier to work in a pleasant environment. Without thinking about it, people arrived, first users, now friends, and with them came the barbecues, the dynamics with flavored micheladas or the ice cream cart, everything was designed by and for our community.

 

That’s how INHOUSE – PARQUE HUNDIDO arrived a year later. It had to be a property with airs like the previous one: completely remodeled old houses, where the following stood out: a lobby, spacious areas, the doors and windows, the architecture in general. And total priority was given to common and recreational areas. Terraces, all-inclusive cafeterias, interview rooms or outdoor rooms, meditation spaces were opened, until we reached the point where each branch has at least 50% of common space that can be enjoyed.

A year later, and not to lose the habit, INHOUSE – COYOACÁN was born, a space that, due to the incredible vibe it transmits, made us understand that our main objective was and still is customer service. It has been our best teaching and the one that has allowed us to go to work surrounded by friends and meet wonderful people in our users. The place, the decoration and the whole spirit of the company had to be in accordance with the charm of this emblematic neighborhood.

 

In 2019, INHOUSE – SAN BORJA opened, under the same concept and taking into account that our users are looking for workspaces that are not only flexible, but also inspiring. That is why the focus on making workplaces where our friends, their clients, suppliers and others find and share inspiration is what moves us.

 

2020 was a difficult year for everyone, however, we remained focused on our objective, and finally in 2022 INHOUSE – POLANCO opened its doors. Located in the heart of the neighborhood, it is the perfect place if you like: the green of nature, the Californian architecture typical of the area and the modernity in the interior design. This perfect combination will make you not want to work anywhere else. When you arrive at INHOUSE you will find a place that will make you feel at home and you will have an unparalleled attention, which will undoubtedly make the difference.

Inhouse Polanco

At the end of 2023 INHOUSE – FRAMBUESA was born. An exclusive property that celebrates the 20th anniversary of our clients. Rooted in the Colonia Nueva Santa María, it was the first property designed exclusively to the specifications and brand of a single client. The property was completely reconditioned to house a team of between 50-60 people with diverse and multifunctional areas, from work areas, meeting rooms, folder assembly, dining room, games area, 3 cafeterias and private terraces for outdoor meetings.

Continuing with this business model and expanding horizons, at the beginning of 2024 a client who started with a small office in Coyoacán asked us to make their central offices in the city of Mérida, Yucatán. A project that we loved not only because of the city itself, but because making a project with clear international specifications and regulations and that the client says that it exceeded all their expectations, is priceless. This is how INHOUSE – MÉRIDA was opened. A property that houses an international company with a global projection, to which we thank for the trust to be able to pamper their team and create a space where they feel at home.

 

Inhouse Mérida Campestre

This is how we arrived at the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, where a new concept of private offices and coworking opens its doors again in one of the most important areas of the city. INHOUSE – ROMA NORTE is a listed building, where we revitalize spaces and preserve original touches of the house. Like each property, this one has its own characteristics and the wide spaces and natural lighting make the sensation of working in one of its offices incomparable.

And we continue to grow, this first quarter of the year we are inaugurating INHOUSE – STAY a coliving concept in Nuevo Polanco. A 6-story building that will house 45 rooms with a focus on common areas per floor and additional terrace and coworking areas. Following the concept of hospitality and that people feel at home, we are delighted with the reception it has had with new clients in the area and the change it represents for many people to be able to live close to work at an affordable cost and with first-class finishes and equipment.
